The Cheese Shack serves up Gourmet Grilled Cheese Shackwiches along with Deep Fried Macaroni & Cheese Balls served with a side of Homemade Marinara for dipping and Hand Cut French Fries. They currently have 9 sandwiches in the rotation (selection changes on a daily basis). They launched on June 2, 2012 at Kimmswick Strawberry Festival.
