I think Pi over estimates how many truck customers will be able to take the time to go to their sit down establishments. I know I have time to run to the truck and eat at my desk. And I looked forward to the Friday variation in the usual food at the hospital. But I will not have time to go to the CWE restaurant and eat. Not in my 30 min lunch break, and I am sure that there are many more.
